We are a fast growing company in the logistic area. Currently we have 45 branches in all over Indonesia, and 14 representative office based in 14 different countries.
Currently we need a qualified candidate to be positioned as an EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (to the expatriate)
Qualifications :
Graduated D3 from reputable Academic Secretary (preferably LPK Tarakanita)
Experience at the same position for at least 5 years.
We prefer someone whose experienced with expatriates before.
Hands on with the computer, especially most commonly used programs under Windows.
Type at least 60 WPM (In Bahasa Indonesia)
Speak English fluently.
Fast learner, accurate, dependable.
Willing to work extra hours if necessary.
