TERRITORY SALES MANAGER /
DISTRICT MANAGER (TSM)
The incumbent will have reporting line to National Sales Manager and be responsible to implement sales strategies at assigned area to maximize profitability and market share. This position will be stationed in Jakarta.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (Master would be an advantage) from reputable university
- Min 4 years related working experiences in pharmaceutical or consumer sector at managerial level sales / marketing,
- Excellent negotiation and good interpersonal skill,
- Familiar with medical devices for cardiology
- Excellent analytical skill and effective leader and coach
- Ability to develop and accomplished sales and target forecast
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Self motivated, can work independently & must be result oriented.
An attractive remuneration package including bonus/incentives schemes would be provided. Successful candidates will be offered a very competitive salary and benefit, an attractive incentive scheme or year-end performance bonus including car facility and incentive orientation and training program both domestic and overseas.
