SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Responsibilities: • Analyze and develop system
specifications per customer requirements • Create
detailed design models to support system
specifications • Implement source code per detailed
designs. • Design and execute unit test procedures and
harnesses. • Conduct and participate in design and
code reviews • Troubleshoot and correct system
anomalies.
Qualifications: • BS or MS degree from an accredited
4-year college or university in Computer Science. •
Coding experience using C++ and/or C#. Experience with
Lisp/Scheme, .NET, GUI design, functional languages or
device control a plus. • Experience with OOA/OOD
methodologies. • Familiarity with software lifecycle
(requirements, design, code, test). • Understanding of
software development processes for a regulated
environment (ISO9000/FDA). Experience in medical
device design & development a plus. • Effective
Communicator – Demonstrates ability to communicate
effectively with management/peers to achieve results.
• Continuous Learner - Seeks out challenges/stretch
goals to improve skills. • Results Focused -
Demonstrates ability to overcome obstacles to complete
individual/team goals. • Creative Thinker –
Understands team goals & values and generates new
ideas to contribute to the success of the team • Team

to travel as needed (minimal).
