Technical Support Engineer
·To provide technical support to customers across the Asia Pacific
region by phone, email and possibly onsite meetings.
·To provide pre-sales technical support to SEs and Sales.
·To work with R&D to track and resolve product bugs.
·To create and maintain product knowledge base.
·Provide after hours support via mobile phone
·Minimum 3 years experience in software development
·Hands-on J2EE and/or CORBA experience, working knowledge of Windows
and Unix platforms (Linux is a plus), exposure to all SDLC phases at
least in 2 enterprise-level projects, experience in technical
writing is an added advantage.
Candidate must be willing to work in rotating shifts.
