[HumanResourcesTurkey] Data Manager and Sales Assistant

 

 

A small and reputable macroeconomic consulting company based in Istanbul is looking to hire a young full-time employee to assist in the launching, development and sales of a new macroeconomic database product.  The qualified individual will be primarily involved in data management, but is expected to quickly move to product development, economic analysis and sales/marketing activities.

 

 

Primary responsibilities of the individual will be:

 

• Timely updating of macroeconomic and financial databases

• Creating a client database

• Taking active role in marketing and sales activities of the new product

 

Required qualifications:

 

• A BA degree, preferably in economics and/or business
• Not higher than 30 year-old

• Extreme attentiveness to detail, quick-learning capacity and a positive attitude toward work
• Solid working knowledge of English
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office programs, especially excel.
• Capacity to take initiative, especially in sales activities including phone calls, client follow-up, etc.
